In Australia, Waldemar started practicing as a solicitor in 1994 and over the past 27 years, he has been running a very successful and established law practice. Waldemar's areas of expertise are: International Trade Law, Succession (inheritance) Law, Family Law, Family Provision and Equity Law Waldemar also specializes in The 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction matters within the territories of Australia, Poland and the European Community. Waldemar is also admitted to the Warsaw Bar in Poland. In Poland, he established an International Legal Practice and appears in Polish Courts as an advocate with respect to the following areas of law: Private International Law International Trade Waldemar’s years of litigation experience compliments the extensive nature of Drexler Litigation Lawyers legal services. Languages: English, Polish & German. Outside of managing his busy practice, Waldemar enjoys hobbies such as flying planes, skydiving, pistol target shooting, hunting and sailing.
Pawel Knap
Consultant Solicitor
Pawel works with the firm as a consultant solicitor working in various areas of law however, Pawel’s main area of practice are Wills, Estate, Probate, Equity, Family Law, Family Provisions, Commercial, Intellectual Property, Dispute Resolution and Litigation. Pawel takes pride in assisting clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
Pawel completed his Bachelor of Laws from Western Sydney University followed by completing his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP) from The College of Law.
Pawel is fluent in English, Polish and Russian.

Rachel Collins
Solicitor
Rachel joined our team in 2020 as a Practical Legal Training student, following the completion of her Juris Doctor at Bond University on the Gold Coast. Having completed an undergraduate degree in a Bachelor of Nursing, Rachel has long held a desire to help others in overcoming challenging circumstances. Rachel’s interest in pursuing a career in law was reaffirmed when she realised the depth of her passion for helping those afflicted by injustice to receive fair entitlements and outcomes.
Following a transformative placement at Drexler Litigation Lawyers, Rachel stayed on with us as a full-time paralegal, and is now working with us as a practicing solicitor, having been admitted through the Supreme Court of NSW in October 2020. Rachel works with our team of highly trained paralegals to proactively manage cases, and strives to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Outside the office, Rachel stays active by exploring the sights of Sydney, going for scenic walks, and attending pilates classes. Rachel’s interests include fashion, beauty, and spending as much time as possible with her Pomeranian, Pinot.

Lukasz Zygis
Solicitor
Lukasz joined our Team in May 2022. He graduated from the Jagiellonian University where he completed Master of Laws in 2016. During his studies, he became the finalist of prestigious student competitions in Poland organised by PwC and KPMG. Soon after that, he started his legal career in the Tax Department in KPMG’s office in Warsaw. After moving to Australia, Lukasz obtained the Diploma in Law with Legal Profession Admission Board & University of Sydney and got admitted as a solicitor by the Supreme Court of NSW. When not at work, he enjoys playing tennis, surfing and travelling. Lukasz speaks fluent Polish and English.

Mohammed Khan
Operations Manager & Accountant
Mohammed Joined the firm as the Operations Manager & Accountant after gaining extensive experience working within the legal industry.
Mohammed is an integral member of the firm as he overseas smooth operation of the firm including financial management and planning.
Although Mohammed has extensive knowledge and skills in managing accounts & in business planning, he has been equally skilled and capable of managing special projects particularly relating to information system.
Mohammed works closely with the director of the firm.

Chris Mortimer
Paralegal
Chris Mortimer joined our team of personal injury professionals in 2018. Chris comes with several years of experience working with various law firms but his main area of focus has always been personal injury. Chris has demonstrated the ability to think on his feet with focus on achieving the best possible results for our clients. Chris works closely with our Special Counsel and a team of Paralegals managing our clients high expectations. He focuses on providing personal service to our clients and treats every claim differently to ensure client satisfaction by applying different strategies and tactics based on merits. Although Chris predominantly focuses on personal injury claims, he has assisted in many other areas of Law.
Chris anticipates to complete his law degree and be admitted as a solicitor in 2022.
Elizabeth Herbert
Paralegal
Elizabeth joined the firm in early 2022 as a paralegal. She is currently completing Bachelor of Law. She provides legal assistance to solicitors and paralegals. Elizabeth provides legal assistance to solicitors and other senior paralegals in managing our clients claims and has become a valuable member of our team.

Georgina Morton
Paralega
Georgina joined the firm as a paralegal in May 2022 after completing her law degree. She is currently pursuing her studies with the College of Law following which, she plans to be admitted as a solicitor by the Supreme Court of NSW. Georgina provides legal assistance to solicitors in managing our clients claims and is a valuable member of our team.

John Hefka
Legal Clerk
John joined the firm in 2018 as a work experience student but decided to stay on as a Legal Clerk.
John provides administration and legal assistance to our team of professionals.
He is currently completing his Bachelor of Laws degree with University of Technology Sydney and is in his first year of studies
John developed the desire of becoming a solicitor after his work experience upon realising the role played by our professional team in obtaining the best possible results for our clients.
John is fluent in English and Polish and is currently also learning French.
