Waldemar is admitted to the Warsaw Bar in Poland. In Poland he has established an International Legal Practice and appears in Polish Courts as an Advocate with respect to the following areas of law:

Outside of managing his busy practice, Wal enjoys hobbies such as flying planes, skydiving, pistol target shooting, hunting and sailing.
Operations Manager and Accountant
Mohammed is the Operations Manager and Accountant of the firm. Mohammed joined Drexler Litigation Lawyers in May 2017 after completing his Master’s in Business Administration with Australian Institute of Business. Mohammed is currently pursuing his legal studies and anticipates to finish his laws degree with Central Queensland University in 2011. Mohammed has many years of experience working in the legal industry and has been well trained by different accounting and legal professionals. He has demonstrated his business management skills in a multitude of ways whilst working with Drexler Litigation Lawyers and with some large reputable law firms in Sydney. With his persistent and hard work, he excels in both his personal and professional life. He has an excellent customer service and people skills which he endeavours to focus his legal career in private international and corporate commercial law.
He has extensive experience with Trust accounting and has strong organisational, communication and leadership skills. He has gained knowledge and expertise in areas such as:

Hamad is the Special Counsel of the firm and he leads a very capable team of professionals whilst managing client’s expectations. Hamad is an active participant in local events amongst the Auburn community and has been awarded “Solicitor of the Year” by Suprovat Sydney. As well as being a registered MARA Immigration Agent.

Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science (B.A.Sc.) from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) from Macquarie University. She joined the Drexler team in 2014 and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court in 2017. She has over 5 years’ experience working in litigation. She maintains a strategic, practical and solution focused work ethic and is driven to help alleviate the difficulties in her client’s lives.

Dominika is a solicitor at Drexler Litigation Lawyers where she runs her own practice including areas of law such as Personal Injury Law, Family Law, Family Provisions, Wills and Estates, Commercial and Administrative Law.Dominika holds a Diploma in Law from the Legal Profession Admission Board, a law degree from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland and a master’s degree in management and marketing from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland. Dominika has also obtained a Certificate IV, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Business from an Australian college. Dominika has overall 10 years of legal experience compromising roles such as lawyer, practice manager, In-house lawyer, paralegal and court clerk. She speaks fluent English and Polish. She can also communicate in Serbian and knows basics of German.
Since working with us, Dominika has finalised many matters with great results and has successfully supervised a team of legal assistance.
- When not working, Dominika enjoys travelling, swimming, hiking and playing handball.
Chris Mortimer joined our team of personal injury professionals in 2018. Chris comes with several years of experience working with various law firms but his main area of focus has always been personal injury. Chris has demonstrated the ability to think on his feet with focus on achieving the best possible results for our clients. Chris works closely with our Special Counsel and a team of Paralegals managing our clients high expectations. He focuses on providing personal service to our clients and treats every claim differently to ensure client satisfaction by applying different strategies and tactics based on merits. Although Chris predominantly focuses on personal injury claims, he has assisted in many other areas of Law.

Kasia provides practical support to solicitors and a wide range of clients by adopting a problem solving approach which focuses on the best possible outcomes for the client.
Kasia holds a Master in Law from Opole University in Poland .
She was granted Erasmus scholarship and completed part of her degree at Universidad de Castilla La Mancha in Spain.
While completing her tertiary studies, Kasia worked as a volunteer at a Student Legal Aid Centre.
She has further qualifications in business, leadership and management in Australia.
Kasia is currently undertaking her legal studies through the Legal Profession Admission Board and is on track to be admitted as a solicitor in 2020.
